Refund policy

Returns
Return of unused and unworn items are accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. If after 30 days of purchase, we can’t offer you a credit refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags and labels still affixed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, paper products, soap and lotions cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require your email used in the purchase and a sales receipt.

Refunds- store credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if you are approved, then your refund in the form of store credit will be issued using the email you used at the time of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be issues store credit but at the current lowest rate (which may be lower then at the time of purchase). Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a store credit.
